Method porous surfaces (Such as concrete, bricks, blocks):

• Dry surface (most graffiti removal products work best on dry surfaces)
• Scrub surface with a nylon hard bristle or wire brush, to break the seal or surface tension
• Apply graffiti removing product by brushing it on, spraying,pouring or towel
• Wait 10 SECONDS TO  3 minutes DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF GRAFFITI AND THE POROSITY OF THE SURFACE
• Scrub surface again with a nylon hard bristle or wire brush
• Repeat steps 2 to 5, keep area wet with graffiti removal product, until all graffiti is loose
• Remove chemicals with a hose or high pressure water blaster (preferable), working slowly back facing the wind at a 45º angle, approx 20cm away from the surface
• If shadow exists repeat process
• Coat surface with a non sacrificial surface graffiti protection, to make it easier for future graffiti removal

Method painted surfaces (Such as colour bond):

• Dry surface (most graffiti removal products work best on dry surfaces)
• Clean surface with a white rag
• Apply graffiti removing product, with a white rag or Safe Erase Graffiti Towel
• Wait 30 seconds
• Rub surface with rag
• Repeat steps 2 to 5, keep area wet with graffiti removal product, until all graffiti is removed
• Remove chemical with a hose or bucket of water until graffiti chemical is removed from surface
• If shadow exist repeat proce

Method Removal From Signage ,Telephones, Glass and other  Non Porous Surfaces 

•  Use of Graffit wipes eliminates concern of remover sprayed in eyes or face as remover is contained in the wipe. 
•  Graffit wipes will allow you to pin point your target without fear of overspray
•  Wipe in a circular motion on intended area and walk away.
•  Removal from signage

And remember Safety First: always wear goggles,gloves and protective clothing anytime you are removing graffiti.

When in vehicle traffic areas use safety cones and lighting to alert drivers of your presence.
