FEATURES, CLAIMS, AND USES

An excellent disinfectant, antimicrobial agent and two-way

deodorizer for use on pre-cleaned, hard, nonporous surfaces,

including toilets, urinals, bathtubs, shower stalls,

seats, benches, lockers, partitions, counters, fixtures, knobs,

handles, railings, telephones, furniture, equipment and many

other similar public and private items and surfaces which

could harbor hazardous microorganisms.

VIRUCIDAL* - kills Human Immunodeficiency virus Type 1

(HIV-1; a retrovirus that causes "AIDS" [Acquired Immune

Deficiency Syndrome]), Herpes simplex Types 1 and 2, Influenza

A2/Hong Kong, Adenovirus Type 5, Vaccinia, Infectious

canine hepatitis, Canine distemper, and Feline pneumonitis.

BACTERICIDAL - kills Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas

aeruginosa, Salmonella choleraesuis, Salmonella

schottmuelleri (paratyphoid B), Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus

aureus, and Streptococcus pyogenes.

TUBERCULOCIDAL - kills Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Tubercle

bacilli).

FUNGICIDAL - kills Trichophyton mentagrophytes ("athlete’s

foot" fungi; formerly T. interdigitale) in appropriate areas,

such as on shower room floors, locker room benches and

bath mats.

CONTROLS MOLD/MILDEW - completely inhibits the growth

of Aspergillus niger and Penicillium variable fungi on cloth.

SANITIZES - controls Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella

pneumoniae on porous fabric and leather surfaces,

such as on shoes, athletic mats, athletic shoes and other

athletic equipment.

DEODORIZES TWO WAYS - pleasant fragrance quickly

suppresses existing unpleasant odors from many sources.

Controls microorganisms that could continue to create foul

putrefactive odors.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS

HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND

DOMESTIC ANIMALS

WARNING: Causes eye irritation; do not get in eyes, on skin,

or on clothing. May be harmful if swallowed. Avoid breathing

spray mist or vapors.

FIRST AID

If Inhaled:

•Move person to fresh air.

•If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance,

then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouthto-

mouth, if possible.

•Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment

advice.

If on skin or clothing:

•Take off contaminated clothing.

•Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20

minutes.

•Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

If in eyes:

•Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water

for 15-20 minutes.

•Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first

5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.

•Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment

advice.

If swallowed:

•Call poison control center or doctor immediately for

treatment advice.

•Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.

•Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the

poison control center or doctor.

•Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious

person.

Have the product container or label with you when

calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for

treatment.

PHYSICAL/CHEMICAL HAZARDS: Flammable. Contents

under pressure. Keep away from heat, sparks, pilot lights,

and flames. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Exposure

to temperatures above 130°F (54°C) may cause bursting.

FOR USE ON PRECLEANED, HARD, NONPOROUS, NONFOOD-CONTACT

SURFACES IN/ON INDUSTRIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, COMMERCIAL,

MEDICAL, AND RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, AND VEHICLES.

Authorized by USDA for use in Federally inspected

meat and poultry plants.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a

manner inconsistent with its labeling.

This product is not to be used on any surface or instrument

that (1) is introduced directly into the human body, either in

contact with the bloodstream or normally sterile areas of the

body, or (2) contacts intact mucous membranes but which

does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise

enter normally sterile areas of the body.

GENERAL: Shake container well before each use and hold

it upright while spraying. For use on precleaned, hard

nonporous surfaces; not for use on humans or animals. Do

not contaminate foods/drinks/feeds. Not recommended

for use on waxed/polished surfaces, water-based "latex"

paint, shellac, cellulose (such as rayon) or other alcoholsensitive

materials.

TO KILL HIV-1 (Human Immunodeficiency virus Type 1;

AIDS virus) ON PRECLEANED SURFACES/OBJECTS in

health care or other settings with inanimate environmental

surfaces/objects associated with the potential for

transmission of HIV-1 and likely to be soiled with blood/

body fluids, follow these additional SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

FOR CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATING

AGAINST HIV-1 ON SURFACES/OBJECTS SOILED WITH

BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS: PERSONAL PROTECTION - Barrier

protection items such as disposable latex gloves,

gowns, masks, and eye coverings should be worn when

handling items soiled with blood/body fluids. CLEANING

PROCEDURE - Blood/body fluids must be thoroughly

cleaned from surfaces/objects before application of this

product as a disinfectant. CONTACT TIME - Same as for

disinfecting. DISPOSAL OF INFECTIOUS MATERIALS -

Blood/body fluids and other materials removed from or

used to clean surfaces/objects should be autoclaved and

disposed of according to federal, state and local regulations

for infectious waste disposal.

FOR DISINFECTING, MILDEW CONTROL, SANITIZING,

AND DEODORIZING OF CLEAN, NON-FOOD CONTACT

SURFACES: Hold container upright about 6 to 8" (1/5 m)

from surface and spray until target area is thoroughly

wetted. Complete disinfection and tuberculocidal activity

require a contact time of 10 minutes at approximately

68°F (20°C). Sanitization requires a 5 minute contact time

at about 72°F (22°C). For mildew control, repeat application

when necessary.

TO DEODORIZE AND FRESHEN ROOM AIR: Spray upward

toward center and corners of room.

carts, grocery cart child seats, changing tables, cribs, diaper pails, garbage cans, cabinets, chairs, computers, countertops, desks,

Use MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL’S CHOICE DISINFECTANT SURFACE WIPES to clean and disinfect non-porous

personal protective safety equipment, protective headgear, hard hats, half mask respirators, full face breathing apparatus, gas

masks, goggles, spectacles, face shields, silicone rubber or PVC hearing protectors and vinyl covered ear muffs. Rinse all

equipment that comes in prolonged contact with skin before reuse with clean warm water (about 120°F), and allow to air dry.

(Caution: Cleaning at the recommended 120°F temperature will avoid overheating and distortion of the personal safety equipment

that would necessitate replacement.)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL’S CHOICE DISINFECTANT SURFACE WIPES are formulated to disinfect hard, non-porous,

inanimate environmental surfaces such as floors, walls, metal surfaces, stainless steel surfaces, glazed porcelain, glazed ceramic

tile, non-polycarbonate plastic surfaces, bathrooms, shower stalls, bathtubs, and cabinets.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

This product is not for use on critical and semi-critical medical device surfaces.

CLEANING: Use one MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL’S CHOICE DISINFECTANT SURFACE WIPE to completely remove

surface of all gross debris from surfaces to be treated.

DISINFECTING: To disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces, thoroughly wet the surface to be treated. Treated surface must remain

visibly wet for disinfection:

• To disinfect against Escherichia coli (E. coli), Esherichia coli O157:H7, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella choleraesuis and

Vancomycin Resistant Enterococcus (VRE), Staphylococcus aureus, Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA),

Mycobacterium bovis BCG (Tuberculosis) and Vancomycin intermediate Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (VISA), allow the treated

surface to remain wet for 10 minutes. A potable water rinse is required for surfaces in direct contact with food. For plastic and

painted surfaces, spot test on an inconspicuous area before use. For heavily soiled surfaces, clean before following

disinfecting instructions.

*VIRUCIDAL ACTIVITY: MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL’S CHOICE DISINFECTANT SURFACE WIPES are an effective

virucide on hard, non-porous surfaces against: • Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) when the treated surface is allowed

to remain wet for 2 minutes. • Norovirus (Norwalk Virus) and Feline calicivirus when the treated surface is allowed to remain wet

for 10 minutes. Use additional wipes if needed to assure that the treated surface remains continuously wet for the prescribed time.

For Ultrasound Transducers and Probes:

Use only on external surfaces of ultrasound transducers and probes. With a clean washcloth, clean gel from external surface of the

ultrasound transducer or probe to be disinfected. Then thoroughly wet probe with wipe. Treated surface must remain wet for 10

minutes. Use additional wipes if needed to assure continuous 10 minute wet contact time. Let air dry.

KILLS HIV-1 ON PRE-CLEANED ENVIRONMENTAL SURFACES/OBJECTS PREVIOUSLY SOILED WITH

BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS in health care settings (Hospitals, Nursing Homes) or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood

of soiling of inanimate surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids, and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood or

body fluids can be associated with the potential for transmission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) (associated with

AIDS).

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION AGAINST HIV-1 ON SURFACES/OBJECTS

SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS. PERSONAL PROTECTION: When handling items soiled with blood or body fluids

use disposable latex gloves, gowns, masks, or eye coverings.

CLEANING PROCEDURES: Blood and other body fluids must be thoroughly cleaned from surfaces and objects before application

of this product. MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL’S CHOICE DISINFECTANT SURFACE WIPES can be used for this purpose.

CONTACT TIME: Thoroughly wet surface with a new MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL’S CHOICE DISINFECTANT SURFACE

WIPE. Allow surface to air dry. Although efficacy at a 2 minute contact time has been shown to be adequate against HIV-1, use the

recommended contact time for the disinfection of other organisms listed on this label. DISPOSAL OF INFECTIOUS MATERIALS: Blood

and other body fluids should be autoclaved and disposed of according to local regulations for infectious waste disposal.

Not for personal cleansing. This is not a baby wipe! Do not flush in toilet.

TO OPEN:

1. Remove lid from canister. 2. Lift flap in center of lid. 3. Pull up corner of center wipe, twist to a point and thread through dispenser

hole in lid. DO NOT PUSH FINGER THROUGH OPENING. 4. Replace lid. Pull out exposed wipe and snap off. The next wipe pops up

automatically. Dispose of used wipes in trash receptacle. Snap center flap down when finished to retain moisture. 5. Do not flush.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.

PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store in an area inaccessible to children.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Do not reuse empty container. Rinse thoroughly before discarding in trash.
